This is the recipe I used when we had our café. There was never anything left on a plate.

Ingredients
- 12 Cups of shredded cabbage
- 2 Cup of shredded carrots
- 1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 and1/4 Cups mayonnaise
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour over vegetables, stir and chill for at least 4 hours.
