Mushroom Swiss Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 Pound of 80/20 ground beef
- 8 Ounces sliced button mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 3-4 Slices Swiss cheese
- Buns
Instructions
Form beef into 3 or 4 patties, salt and pepper
Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter
Grill burger to your liking, top with mushrooms and cheese.
Let the cheese melt and put on a toasted bun. EAT UP!
