This is one of the cakes that was popular in the 1970's. I still enjoy it today. It reminds me of being with my kids and grandparents.

This is a recipe passed down in my family from one generation to the next. It is the easiest and most flaky of crusts. This recipes makes enough for one 9 inch double crust.
PEACH PIE FILLING
A simple and delicious peach pie filling. I like to buy cases of peaches when they are ripe and freeze them to have fresh peaches throughout the year.
MACARONI SALAD
This is not your typical salad. It is on the sweet side but oh, so good. The recipe came from my dad's recipe file. Since her is no longer with us, we don't know where he got it.
CHERRY PINEAPPLE CAKE aka DUMP CAKE
This is as easy as a recipe can be. A few ingredients and no stirring. Just bake and eat.

This is a quick and easy way to make egg salad. You can always add more ingredients but this is the basic.
CRANBERRY OAT BARS
These are great for a quick breakfast or just an afternoon snack. We made these in our café and they were always a winner. I buy lots of cranberries in the Fall and freeze them so I can make them all year long.
SWEET AND SOUR PORK
This a great recipe for using leftover pork. Although, if you want to use a fresh pork butt or country style ribs; your can put it in a crock pot for 8-10 hours.
ZUCCHINI BREAD
There must be thousands of recipes for zucchini bread. I've narrowed it down to one! This one is very moist and easy to make. It makes two loaves so one for now and one in the freezer for later.
