NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST
This is a recipe passed down in my family from one generation to the next. It is the easiest and most flaky of crusts. This recipes makes enough for one 9 inch double crust.

PEACH PIE FILLING
A simple and delicious peach pie filling. I like to buy cases of peaches when they are ripe and freeze them to have fresh peaches throughout the year.
CHERRY PINEAPPLE CAKE aka DUMP CAKE
This is as easy as a recipe can be. A few ingredients and no stirring. Just bake and eat.
CRANBERRY OAT BARS
These are great for a quick breakfast or just an afternoon snack. We made these in our café and they were always a winner. I buy lots of cranberries in the Fall and freeze them so I can make them all year long.
PECAN PIE BARS
These are one delicious bar. This recipe calls for two trays and you should get 6-8 dozen bars. These freeze well and are tasty. We served them in our cafe years ago and were a big hit.
