Broccoli and Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cups of Mayo
- 1/4 Cup of sugar
- 4 Teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 Cups broccoli florets
- 1 Small red onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 Cups of dried cranberries
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
Whisk mayo, sugar and vinegar together. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion and cranberries. Pour the mayo dressing over the veggies and toss to coat. Stir in the oranges. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
