Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12oz Bag of fresh whole cranberries
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons grated orange peel (about 2 oranges)
  • ¾ Cups orange juice
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil- stirring occasionally.

Simmer uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until thickened and cranberries have burst.

Cool and refrigerate.
