PEACH PIE FILLING

A simple and delicious peach pie filling. I like to buy cases of peaches when they are ripe and freeze them to have fresh peaches throughout the year.

Ingredients

4 LARGE PEACHES, PEELED AND SLICED

1 CUP SUGAR

2AND1/2T CORN STARCH

1/4T SALT

1T LEMON JUICE

Instructions

BOIL FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS UNTIL THICKENED. COOL – ADD LEMON JUICE
