Quick and Easy French Toast
Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- ¼ Teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ Teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 4-5 Slices of your favorite bread (we prefer Brioche)*
Instructions
Whisk the first 4 ingredients together. Dip both sides of the bread into mixture and fry in a large nonstick skillet until golden brown. Serve with butter, syrup or top with fresh berries and confectioner’s sugar.
*Any bread will do. My friend, Willy Langel in Montana, uses sourdough bread and bakes it in her waffle maker. Delicious!
