STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE FILLING

A simple strawberry rhubarb pie filling made with fresh rhubarb and strawberries.

Ingredients

1-1/2 CUPS SUGAR

½ CUP FLOUR

1/4T SALT

1/4T NUTMEG

 

 

3 CUPS ½ INCH PIECES RHUBARB

1 CUP SLICED STRAWBERRIES

Instructions

COMBINE SUGAR, FLOUR,SALT AND NUTMEG. MIX WELL.

POUR INTO MY NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST AND TOP WITH SECOND CRUST.

BAKE AT 425* FOR 15 MINUTES THEN AT 350* FOR 45-60 MINUTES.
